Chicken and Portobellos

Sunday 23 February
Harold has gone to Paris (!), so we were only two for dinner. Holt disjointed a proud British chicken, and browned the (two) breasts, which we served on a bed of diced portobello mushrooms and cream. 

After yesterday's spread, we dare not show the picture, but the taste, though simple, was superb.
