Metts and Brats with Onions and Lentils


Tuesday 17 September
As we left the opening party day before yesterday, our host pressed on us bagfuls of metts and brats that had never even gotten grilled.  Tonight we added a lonely lamb merguez sausage from the freezer, fried them with onions, and reheated Rama's curried lentils from two weeks ago to serve on the side.
