Garides me Feta


Wednesday 5 June
It's been a cold spring, and local tomatoes are not yet in.  But we couldn't resist making a Greek tomato sauce with whatever Romas we could get at Madison's and throwing some shrimp and feta in it, as here.

So that's two Greek seafood dishes in a row.  And all the better for it.
