Big Steak and Salad


Friday 7 June
One of those Kroger 1 1/2 inch steaks, grilled and topped with a knob of gorgonzola butter, served with a garden lettuce salad with tomato, red onion, rosemary oil, and white wine vinegar. 
As they say, it's what's for dinner, though try to explain that syntax to a foreigner.
