Smoked Duck Legs and Bok Choy

We have to show the pretty fresh salad we had for lunch; after all the heavy food we've been eating, we needed some greens.  Those are the last of our bag-ripened tomatoes, and the arugula was fresh from the garden, where it astonishingly survives.


Smoking two ducks for Christmas was a great idea, as it meant four smoked duck legs to reheat and eat, which went well on top of creamed bok choy, as here.
