Our dentist is right near Trader
Joe's, so after an appointment you can shop a bit, buy a nice fresh chicken, take it home,
and put it in the oven; it'll be ready when your mouth gets back to normal.
We did it as here, with parsnips,
potatoes, and shallots in the pan.
Nothing simpler, nothing better.
