We finished off the leftover chard-stuffed
veal breast and cornbread dressing, nuked with veal jus. Okay, so we've had the veal twice before, three times if you count its first appearance on Christmas Eve. Did we mention there's a lot of veal on a
veal breast, and apparently a lot of cornbread dressing in a baking pan as
well?
