Swordfish with Tzaziki and Asparagus

Monday 7 July
After all the time we've been gone, there was still a pack of Trader Joe's swordfish steaks left in the freezer.  Grilled swordfish is so Greek, and Holt was inspired by a little dill plant that had popped up from under the sage bush outside to make a bowl of tzaziki to go with it.

On the side, a sheaf of roast asparagus.  No more was needed.
