Linguiça with Canellini

Sunday 6 July

Since we got back, we've been looking at our storage shelves with fresh eyes.  One of those eyes spotted a jar of dried canellini beans, inducing the hands of the person involved to get them out and slow-cook a couple of cups over Saturday.  
So on Sunday, we pan-fried some Kroger Brothers' linguiça with chopped onion and garlic, then stirred in the tender beans for a filling, savory meal.
