Salmon with Asparagus and Hollandaise

Tuesday 1 July
Today we drove out to Kroger's to stock the fridge to its normal level, and found big fillets of salmon on sale.  We put two dinnersworth in the freezer, seasoned the two tranches left with salt and pepper, and pan-fried them. 
In the meantime we tried to remember how the combi oven works, and successfully roasted some asparagus before we found the instructions beside it.

And to top it all off, Holt celebrated his return to a gas range by making hollandaise.
