Canteloupe, Salami, and Mac 'n' Cheese

Okay, so after we crawled out of the office on a summer weeknight, our dinner was not as perfectly-composed as it could have been. 
We sliced up a half a local cantaloupe from Findlay Market, and had it as a first course with rounds of salami (an intriguing and cheap substitute for prosciutto).
Second course: leftover mac 'n' cheese, reheated.  Presumably a substitute for maccheroni al formaggio.
