After the indulgences of ONE of us
yesterday, we went for a simple pan-fried salmon (the tail end that we froze from
the side of salmon we ate on the 18th), dusted with coriander, cumin, and salt.
On the side, a heap of diced
avocado, red onion, and romano pepper, tossed in lemon juice. As we said, simple.
