Bank Holiday Lamb

Okay, it's the day after Easter, but in our opinion it's never too late to roast some lamb. 

This was a boneless lobe from the leg, rubbed with Ahmad garlic pickle for that exotic flavor of Pakistan.  On the side went a sort of raita/tzaziki of diced cucumber and red onion mixed with lemon zest and drained yogurt; and plain old boiled potatoes, just to remind us of the Raj.
