Red-Wine-Braised Duck Legs

Marks and Spencers packages duck legs by twos rather than by threes like the Co-op (where three-legged ducks raise questions rather than eggs).  So today we braised a couple in red wine, using this recipe rather than our previous olive-y one.

Our fruits were dried red currants and apricots, so there was a sweet and sour touch to the dish.  All it needed were some green peas on the side.
