T-Bone and Potatoes

When she visited Jungle Jim's on Saturday, Barbara got something to celebrate Holt's return: a two-inch thick T-bone steak.  So this evening we happily threw that big sucker on the grill, and mashed a batch of potatoes with cream and butter to go with it.

We were so preoccupied (and hungry), though, that we forgot to take a picture.  You'll just have to imagine it; we'll substitute a picture of Barbara teasing Dora with the dry stems from the last of our garden garlic.
