Brussels Sprout and Cauliflower Curry

Today at Findlay market, they had cauliflowers for $2, as well as bags of little brussels sprouts.  One of each went into this curry, which made it so generous that we left out the potatoes and zucchini.
Also so generous that we had to cook it in the wok.
