Greek Salad

Wednesday 1 July
Today we went out to lunch with our friend Nancy, to a place near campus called Elephant Walk.  

Like a dozen places in the area, it has Indian food and a lunch buffet, but it's unusual in offering an Ethiopian menu and beer as well.  Of course we got a beer, as well as mango juice; a meat variety plate (#1), and asa tibs, a whole fried fish with delicious freshly-made mixed vegetables. 

So for tonight's dinner, we just threw together a Greek salad, with feta, garden lettuce, scallions, olives, and yellow and orange tomatoes.
