Basil Cream Cheese Trombette

After all our travels, we're trying to eat simply again.  Just a pot of trombette pasta, tossed with a sort of Alfredo sauce made of the leftover basil spread from Thursday loosened with a little heavy cream, and boiled to thicken.  Tasty enough to do again deliberately.
