Barbara was working at home, so
had time to put together this favorite artichoke dish using a basket of 24 baby
artichokes from the Hyde Park Kroger (wish they had them in ours).
As a special touch, she used Kennebec
potatoes and our own stubby carrots from the garden. Unfortunately there was no dill, so she threw
in some extra parsley and scallions, and served with lemon wedges for that extra squeeze at the table.
