Steak and Puréed Parsnips


Tuesday 16 April
We got out one of our big thick steaks to grill, and made milk-mashed parsnips to go with it. 
They boiled over and made a mess, so here's a reminder to keep them on the lowest heat, and cook them in a pot with plenty of room, so it won't happen again.
Still tasty, though.
