A light meal after Charlotte
Lakeotes' Star Wars themed tea, because Disney has bought Lucasfilm. She assured us that she borrowed many of the
background props, so she's not THAT obsessed.
For a light dinner, we used our
pooped Long Island Cheese pumpkin and made pumpkin bisque with shrimp from the
Herbfarm cookbook.
It was light and creamy, but not
that pumpkiny, so it could use a little tweaking. And a good side was Holt's bran bread with Taku
king salmon spread, also from Halloween.
