Napas, Red Peppers, Onion, and Mash


Monday 22 October
We had a packet of frozen Napa sausages from Kroger's at Findlay Market.  They used to be our favorites, and they're still pretty good.  Best prep: the fried and wine-braised sausages with onion and red bell peppers fried along with them, on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
