Albacore Steaks with Vegetables


Friday 9 November
We pan-fried our tuna steaks, and in another pan, a few vegetables: one zucchino, a little sliced red onion, a marconi pepper (not as sweet as we'd hoped, considering they're so expensive), and a few bag-ripened garden tomatoes.  Can't get simpler, or fresher.
