Boxes of baby artichokes suddenly
appeared at our own local Kroger, though we've only seen them at the Hyde Park
branch before. We just had to buy them in
hopes that they'll keep stocking them.
The box we got actually contained
23! tiny baby ones, perfect for anginares polita.
We didn't have any dill, so our
herbs were just parsley and scallion tops.
And since the artichokes were so small, they were perfect cooked for 35 minutes instead of 45.
