Steak, Potatoes, Asparagus

Friday 10 April

A tough week, so we thought we deserved some luxury - a 2" thick steak thrown on the grill, served with potato batons steam-roasted in the combi oven until they were amazingly brown and crisp. and leftover asparagus from last Sunday.
No sauce - didn't need it.
