Crab-Stuffed Avocados

Madison's at Findlay Market has been selling avocados 3 for $2, in very good condition.  Once they ripen for a couple of days, they're perfect for stuffing with a seafood mayonnaise.

The mayonnaise was made of crabmeat from Trader Joe's, with dice of red onion, celery, and red bell pepper.  We touched them up with slices of blood orange, for sweet and piquant contrast.
