Steak and Caesar Salad


Friday 8 February
Steak night - for the third Friday in a row!  We are rarely this consistent, but we had been eating popcorn at Classics Goes to the Movies (when we saw the very clever Akademia Platonos), and we needed some simple protein and greens.
We pan-fried some thinnish bone-in strip steaks, and a big Caesar salad went alongside.  Holt's focaccia made the croutons, and the dressing had worcestershire, lemon, anchovy, and grated romano - every thing but the egg, in fact.
