Avocadoes Stuffed with Shrimp Salad

We got three avocadoes, halved them, and stuffed the halves with shrimp salad made with chopped shrimp and celery, a minced small shallot, and a few chopped pimentos and pickles from a jar of Parker's Perfect Pickles, mixed up with mayonnaise and ponzu.
