Big ol' Steak and Napa Cabbage Slaw

This is the last of the three thick ribeyes we got from Kroger's and froze for later, back in February.
And for that last touch of trafe before leaving for Israel tomorrow, we served it with nice Kathy's napa cabbage slaw with blue cheese, a favorite of ours (as is she).
