After a few days of vedge and leftovers,
we were in the mood for a big grilled sirloin steak.
On the same grill, we threw some
halved and oiled pattypan squash, from the Farmers' Market. As they were full of water, they took longer to
grill than you would imagine from knowing that they take only a minute to
steam.
With the red meat and its peppery juices, we indulged in
a Château Haut-Sorillon Bordeaux 2012 - quite good, though not as lush as
yesterday's Ménage à Trois.
