They actually had boxes of baby
artichokes at our local Kroger, so we had to get some to encourage them to have
them again in the future - if that isn't too obscure.
With them, we made our Greek
artichoke stew, Anginares Polita. And
luckily we had just bought three dill plants at Findlay Market, so a few fronds
got chopped up with a whole bunch of chervil and added at the end.
