Thursday 23-Saturday 25 July
Barbara flew away to Denver to do union stuff at the AAUP Summer Institute, so there was not one thing that she and Holt shared for
dinner.
Holt mainly ate leftovers (which our reader knows are abundant and tasty from the H&B fridge).
Barbara's only notable meal (outside of beer and a brat at the last night's ballgame) was on Friday at a slightly hipster but welcoming place called Asbury Provisions: a huge plate of mussels with chorizo, tomato, white wine,
a ton of garlic, and a squeeze of lime, with grilled bread for dipping, served (of course) with a local Great Divide Titan IPA.
