There's nothing nicer on a rainy
day than a simple steak, tossed on the indoor grill while you snigger at your
neighbors who only have outdoor grills.
On the side, a big bowl of napa cabbage slaw with crumbled blue cheese. We now
go easy on the sugar - maybe a scant teaspoon, and it's perfect.
