Tuesday March 17Delicata squash halves from the market, baked and stuffed with mushrooms, crumbled mild sausage, and crumbled rye bread. Wetted down with some smaltzy-beef stock (you read that right). What has this to do with St. Patrick? Nothing, but the saint would have probably liked it too.
