Chicken and Creamed Mushrooms
Tuesday 7 January
Just reheated the leftover chicken legs and thighs from Saturday on top of a mess of sautéed button mushrooms, some fresh thyme snipped from the herb pots we bought at Marks and Spenser, and a dollop of whipping cream.
