Grilled Albacore and Asparagus

Monday 1 April

Fired up the indoor grill and threw a couple of tuna steaks and a sheaf of asparagus across it until they got those crisp brown grill marks.  Served with a simple lemon, oil, and caper dressing. 

No joke.
