Swiss Chard with Kielbasa
Sat. 13 Feb.
Lots of lovely swiss chard. Barbara needed an iron fix. So piles of colourful chard, which cooks down to nothing, with an experiment kielbasa from the local sausage guys. OK but insufficiently Polonaise.
