Roast Beef and Vedge Leftovers

Saturday's roast beef, cold, sliced, on a plate. Next to it, Saturday's roast vegetables, nuked and steaming. Piles of marinated artichoke hearts and olives on the side, as a relish. Nothing wrong with that.
