Pork Marsala with gingered carrots
The Ides of March
Quick and dirty, though not bloody. Sauté thin collops of pork, deglaze with dollops of marsala, add wallops of cream. On the side,
grinded-up carrots with stem ginger
and a dash of the syrup.
Ave Caesar!
